Originally gave 1 but updated to 4 stars cause I wanted front brakes done, they worked on rear brakes without informing me, however they did make it right getting in touch with me after.

Brian, we are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your visit to our shop. Our tech believed the noise your vehicle was making was coming from the rear brakes which were newer. However, at the point you checked back in with us we were still investigating the source of the noise. Overall, we felt you did not need brakes at the time, and we were simply trying to address the noise concern and minor repairs. Our service advisor failed to share the digital inspection report and call you back, which we take ownership of, and we apologize for this mistake. We will be refunding the invoice and will use this feedback to improve in the future.

Hello. I had my car serviced at Jack's on 1/9/24. I have no complaints about the service or quality of work. The issue that I do have though is with how much I was charged. I had 2 lower control arms replaced and a wheel alignment done and the total came out to 1,370.92. Shop around, there prices are higher than what the stealership charges and they have 10 times the overhead. There is a difference between an honest business man and greed. My advise is to always get at least 2 quotes , would have saved me around 600.00 dollars. 2014 ford focus invoice # 4009122. I had an appointment scheduled for my wife's oil pan to get replaced at a cost of around 1,050 dollars. Had another shop down the street do it for 600.00 dollars . It's a sad world we live in now days. The blue collar hard workers always get the short end of the stick, makes me sad honestly 😭

Their prices are ridiculous. Shop around and save some 💰 update to my previous review. I did go in and get a quote from Jims Auto right down the street. they quoted me 800.00. that included the inspection, replacing both control arms and the alignment. please give them a call if you wish and they can verify. At this point I am just chalking it up as a lesson learned. I will always get at least 2 quotes going forward. On a side note there is also a charge that says fees but does not state what they are for? the 2nd thing I noticed is that they test drove my car to diagnose the issue but the mileage in and mileage out are the same . I am not looking for a refund, just for my voice to be heard.
