I can't say enough good things about the entire team at Jack's! I was traveling from out of town when my car wouldn't start. I called my road side assistance and they dispatched Jack's to tow me. When the car wouldn't jump the tow truck driver trouble shot a few things. Ultimately towing me back to the shop. They communicated with me every step of the way. They were able to get me back on the road in less than 24 hours and even sent a shuttle to pick me up from the hotel once my car was complete!

I have been bringing my vehicles to Jack’s Auto for years now and I always receive nothing less than Top Quality Maintenance with Friendly and Professional Staff!! If there were 10 stars, I’d give them a 10. I have a handicapped wife and run 2 wheelchair vans. They always need to be reliable and it is Always Comforting knowing that they are both maintained and serviced by Jack’s Auto Service, nothing but the best.

These guys are great, helped me out big time when my vehicles starter went bad. I called some local places when I started looking for someone and they were all 1 to 2 weeks out. I was up in northern Minnesota and when I called them they said they were able to look at it that afternoon. I was 40 miles north of them and they picked up my vehicle at 130 pm , towed it to their shop and had it fixed by 430pm. Awesome service!!

Just happened to get a flat tire a block away. With a car full of groceries they were able to get me in and out within a half hour. Will definitely go back when needed.
