This establishment is one the best auto repair shops I have ever used.Good at what they do and a fair price.

Excellent honest care, we bring all of our vehicles here. We have been working with Jacks Auto for 15 years, never a disapointment. After speaking with other community members and comparing, this is the choice for us.

If there is such a thing as a good place to have mechanical issues, Grand Rapids Minnesota is it! Keith and crew at Jack's Auto Service did a great job at diagnosing our issue, fixing the problem and communicating with us throughout. I should add that Keith took the time to prioritize issues and gave an honest assessment of the must-fix problems vs. those that could wait. They also shuttled us to and from a local campground on two successive days and were nothing short of fantastic. Thanks guys!

I was at their mercy. I have Iowa plates on my car, I was driving south from Marcell, and the check engine light went on. My child was in the car with me, my car started behaving badly - refusing to shift, and then shifting at random, and I went to Jack's because it was the closest place. If I had to pay $1000 to get home, I would have had to. If I had to pay $2000 to get home, I would have had to. And this was perfectly obvious. They diagnosed the problem, and it was an inexpensive fix. It wasn't just take out a part and replace it - a mouse had chewed through wires (they showed me a photograph when I was in the waiting room) and they had to do some rewiring. At all times they were professional and friendly. They could have taken advantage, and did not. I hope I will never be back, because nobody hopes that they will need an auto service station hundreds of miles from home. But I would recommend Jack's to anyone in the area because they are professional and honest.

Great Customer Service! Pulling a trailer and had bad wheel bearings. They got to work on it immediately, getting us back on the road in minimal time. Thanks to Keith and all the other great employees.
