Received an immediate call on initial diagnosis, with specifics on parts/labor/costs. After parts ordered, work was done. Mike is a terrific communicator, and a text from the owner, Keith Still was received as well. I also received a follow-up text from Mike, checking to see if car was running ok, if I had any questions or concerns. I will continue to use Jack's Auto Service in the future!!!
