I have been a customer for a long while now and this business has never let me down. The people are professional, friendly, courteous, and only works on the problem part, but will make a recommendation on what should be replaced next. They will check out an iffy part other than the one being replaced if you ask. If you have a vehicle issue, go to Jack's!

Got my car in right away, door friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed and runs amazing and even texted to make sure was satisfied and my car had no issues after leaving the shop. Highly recommend these guys, if I ever need repairs again I'll be back.

Our car broke down on our way to the cabin on the 4th of July, literally shut down in the middle of no where With my two young kids. Mike was so helpful allowing us to leave our car, he came and picked it up on a holiday and quickly fix the issue and we were able to drive it home when vacation ended. He was highly professional, very kind, the price was fair and the work was done well.

Broke down on the side of the road out side of Grand Rapids, on a sunday, about an hour and a half from home. Mike came and towed it to the shop and had our suburban fix the next morning. Super happy that they could squeeze us in. Great customer service. Kids kept telling Grammy and Papa we were going to have to spend 13-14 weeks with them. Was not the case, Lol. I would highly recommend Jack's Auto Service for a tow and for service.

Excellent, timely and personal service. I lost a wheel on my boat trailer and was recommended to go to some of the top marine dealers in Grand Rapids. Unfortunately I either could not get a hold of them or they never returned my calls (still!). The last marine place I contacted, Grand Rapids Marine told me specifically that if I wanted to get this turned around quickly, I should go to Jack's. My trailer was a mess, stuck in Grand Rapids. Keith from Jack's Auto got me scheduled in for right away in the morning and got on it immediately. He was able to salvage the spindle and even found some time to look at the other bearings on the trailer and make some fixes there as well, well before closing. I highly recommend Jack's Auto, in fact thinking about bringing my truck up fro m the Twin Cities for service next time I'm in town.

My vehicle broke down and I am not from the area so I was happy I was able to have it towed to Jack’s Auto Service to have it fixed promptly! They were helpful and informative about the problem. I was happy they were able to fix it for less money than I expected!!
