I had a delivery driver break down in grand rapids and was referred to Jack's by my account in town. It was late in the day but mike arranged a tow and started work on my van the same afternoon. the repair was finished and they had my driver back on the road by 9 am the next morning. no easy task as the fuel pump that needed replacing was inside the gas tank. knowing my guy was from out of town, they also brought him to and picked him up at the hotel. Incredible service to perfect strangers! i would recommend this shop to anyone!!

I have been going to Jack's since 2003 and have always had outstanding service. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The free ride courtesy service is a big plus.
