Lots of work done on an older truck. Serviced from top to bottom and found little issues that could have been big issues and made the corrections. Great service!

Needed new brakes. They sent aText to remind me of appt. A Text after to see if everything satisfactory. They keep you informed during the work and answer any questions. Definately recommend!

Jack's delivers outstanding service EVERY time. They give me honest answers. They make sure I get to where I need to be on time while my vehicles are in service. They check in with me without being pushy to remind me when my service is due. All of these guys are fantastic and kind. If I'm honest, they cater to my extremely tight schedule, which I appreciate immensely. Jack's Auto makes the headache of vehicle service and maintenance as easy as possible. Highly recommend.

I threw a belt on my car and found myself stranded 200 miles from home and my regular auto shop. I got a tow to Jack’s just minutes before they closed for the day and they squeezed me in the very next morning. I was back on the road before noon and the repair was reasonably priced. Jack’s will be the first number I call next time I need automotive repairs in the Grand Rapids area.
